Junior International Tax Attorney (Boston)

The Boston office of DLA Piper is actively seeking a junior level attorney with 1-3 years of experience at a law or accounting firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience with international structuring and cross border transactions, management of multi-jurisdictional projects, and client responsibilities.

Candidates must possess some knowledge of international tax rules and concepts such as tax treaties, reorganizations, transfer pricing, and other international structure topics.

Excellent communications, analytical and writing skills are a must. Familiarity with review of financial statements and developing excel models will be a plus.

J.D. and 1-3 years of international experience at a law or accounting firm. LL.M. or MBA helpful but not required.
